Student (initially limited to 150 then waitlisted):
Undergraduate: enrolled in an accredited degree program
Graduate: enrolled in a graduate program in areas related to Autonomic Neuroscience
Post-doctoral fellow (MD, PhD or equivalent): actively engaged in post-graduate training All students must provide a letter from their home institution to attest their status, prior to attending the congress.

Letter of Invitation for Visa
An official letter of invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the ISAN 2019 Congress in Los Angeles, USA, will be issued ONLY after a completed Registration Form and full payment have been received. Please contact our registration department (ISAN2019-Registration@judylaneics.com) to request a letter of invitation.
Cancellation of Registration/Substitution
Delegates cancelling their registration should do so in writing to ISAN2019-Registration@judylaneics.com Cancellations received by May 15, 2019 will receive a refund of the fees paid, less a US $150 administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions from the same organization may be made in writing without penalty.
All registration fees must be paid in full before attending any scientific sessions. Only credit cards or the exact amount of cash (for onsite registration fees) will be accepted. Cheques, wire transfers or deferred payments will not be accepted.
